Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, train staff, and manage inventory while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
