Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco's Pizza locations in the US, seeks an Assistant Manager in Kenosha, WI. You will lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service while building sales and controlling costs for the restaurant.

You will train team members, assist with scheduling, and help drive store performance, profitability, and a world class operation. This role offers growth within a strong franchise network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
