Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Appleton, WI. You will lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for the restaurant.

Responsibilities include training team members on procedures, scheduling, performance feedback, and communications; maintaining standards for cleanliness and sanitation; assisting with marketing events and promotions to boost

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities
