Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist manager with scheduling, performance feedback, and communications.
• Ensure standards for quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Support marketing events and promotions to increase store sales.
• Manage store KPIs and profitability, including deposits and security procedures.
