Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for Marco’s Pizza franchises in the United States. You will lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service while driving sales and controlling costs in a busy restaurant.

You will assist the manager with human resources tasks, including scheduling, performance feedback and team communication, and you will help maintain standards for cleanliness and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Experience with scheduling and team development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Assist manager with scheduling, performance feedback and communication.
