Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking energetic, goal-oriented Assistant Manager for Marco’s Pizza in West Bend, WI. You will lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service while controlling costs and building sales.

As Assistant Manager, you will manage scheduling, training, and daily operations, support in marketing events, and drive KPIs to ensure profitability. 1 year of restaurant/management experience preferred; up to 20 team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
