Job summary

Dunkin' in Broomall, PA seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a loving, energetic team and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will hire, onboard, schedule and coach Crew and Shift Leaders; champion a guest-first culture; enforce safety, sanitation and Brand standards; and lead promotions and new product rollouts.

Daily you’ll track results, control food, labor and waste to hit profit goals while developing others and strengthening

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; basic computer and writing skills; must be 18+.
• Restaurant/retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong math and financial awareness; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, schedule, and coach Crew and Shift Leaders; set clear expectations and hold people accountable.
• Create a guest-first culture: staff to demand, model service, resolve issues fast, and act on feedback.
• Enforce safety, food safety, sanitation, and Brand standards; complete action plans to improve quality and speed.
• Execute promotions and new product rollouts (training, sampling, merchandising).
• Track results daily; control food, labor, and waste to hit profit goals.
