Qualifications

• Fluent English and effective communication with guests and team.
• Restaurant/retail/supervisory experience required.
• Minimum age 18 where applicable and legal.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production and quality standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
