Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll coach, train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, safety, and ensuring food quality across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas. A strong leader with 21+ years old, and 1 year of people management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of people-management experience, preferably in food service.
• Alternatively 6+ months as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-energy team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Schedule staff and manage daily operations.
• Monitor food safety and cleanliness.
• Drive sales and manage costs within AOI.
• Oversee rotations in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom areas.
