Chuck E. Cheese, operated by CEC Entertainment, LLC, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a high-energy family dining and entertainment environment. You will make daily decisions on scheduling, guest service, and cost control while upholding brand standards.

This role requires at least 21 years old, 1 year of people management, and a 40-hour work week; compensation includes growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification and serving alcohol)

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and well-run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
