Job summary

Taco Bell in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell brand standards. As a {{position_name}}, you will take ownership, solve problems with a smile, and guide Team Members to meet goals.

The role includes supervising shifts, inventory control, and basic business math while ensuring safe, clean operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
50-Hour Work Week.
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Basic computer literacy.
Must have reliable transportation.
Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making.
Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers and place them in an outside bin.
Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell brand standards.
Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile and guide others.
Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
