Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Moon Township, PA, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety, while driving financial performance.

You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews, support marketing initiatives, manage inventory and vendor relations, and mentor the team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks for the majority of the shift and handles physical duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a hot/damp environment.
• Familiarity with basic safety and food-handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Supervise team performance, provide direction, and conduct coaching.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily financial tasks as needed.
• Address food quality and service issues and ensure health & safety standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive business.
• Lead by example and mentor Players; provide feedback and reviews.
• Coordinate with management and staff to achieve goals and maintain workflow.
• Handle guest concerns, including Fan complaints, with professionalism.
