Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive financial performance. You will supervise team activities, manage scheduling and inventory, and support marketing initiatives to grow business.

You will also participate in hiring, training, and evaluating Players, while handling cash processes and resolving guest concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Clear verbal communication with Fans and Players.
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent movement.
• Ability to work with damp/hot environments and open flames.
• Experience with sharp knives and kitchen machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet brand and safety standards.
• Assist with administrative duties: ordering, inventory, scheduling, invoicing.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members as needed.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits; approve comps/voids.
• Address customer concerns and resolve food/service issues.
• Maintain equipment and facility hygiene to meet health regulations.
• Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to drive business.
