Job summary

Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, MT seeks a Breakfast Attendant for the Clubhouse Signature Restaurant. The role handles breakfast beverage and food prep and service to guests, and supports private and club events when needed.

You will work with restaurant staff to maintain station cleanliness, manage mise-en-place, and assist with buffets and event spaces under deadlines; health and safety guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a hotel, private club, or similar restaurant.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking required.
• Positive, humble, respectful attitude toward team members.
• Ability to follow directions, make quick decisions, and stay organized under pressure.
• Read/write English and basic math with calculator ability.
• Punctual with reliable attendance.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Experience with computer-based reservations systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain breakfast food and beverage items and stations.
• Provide guests with professional, friendly, and timely service.
• Anticipate members' and guests' needs with urgency.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment, counters, and prep areas.
• Prepare specialty coffee and tea drinks to standards.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown for private/club events.
• Support event spaces, buffets, and service flow with manager and kitchen staff.
• Clean spills and glassware promptly and keep the area ready for service.
