Job summary

CHOPT is hiring Assistant Managers for multiple locations in New Jersey, including Florham Park. This role supports the restaurant and GM, oversees daily operations, and leads a team to deliver excellent service while upholding food safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, and strong communication skills. The position offers a 40-hour work week with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.
