Job summary

CHOPT is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support the restaurant and General Manager at the Morris Plains location. Responsibilities include fostering an inclusive environment, delivering exceptional customer service, training staff, and ensuring food safety and brand protection.

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.

CHOPT Senior Assistant Manager

Base compensation: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)
