Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running efficient shifts and maintaining standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of resolving issues with a positive attitude, seek guidance when needed, and lead others. Your responsibilities include ensuring team members and shift managers complete their duties, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers promptly, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and guests.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for 80% of the shift.
