Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas, with rotation in each:

• The Kitchen – manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness. Oversee pizza dough preparation, cooking pizza, and other menu items.

• Sales – oversee the Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop. Monitor sales results, inventory, ordering, and profitability. Ensure quality of Salad Bar and prep procedures.

• Showroom – lead birthday party execution and planning. Maximize bookings and guest satisfaction while optimizing seating.

• Gameroom – partner with the Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment condition, analyze gameplay data, and keep the area guest-ready.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow for younger applicants for roles involving alcohol service)
• One year of management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator
