Company Overview

CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., franchisee for Perkins Restaurant, is now hiring an Assistant Manager for our location in Downtown Sioux City. Weekends are required, with a typical 50-hour workweek. The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, plus bonus. Benefits include 2 weeks of vacation, health, dental, life/disability insurance, and more. Plus, we're closed on Christmas Day.

This is a 24-hour location, so availability to work overnights is a must.

CyHawk is a growing company that opened our first Perkins in 2007 and recently acquired our 19th restaurant.

Summary of Position

Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations and in achieving planned sales and profit levels through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. Provide direction for restaurant staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.

Reporting Relationships

• Reports: Directly to General Manager
• Internal: Extensive contact with all levels of store personnel and home office departments
• External: Guests, distributors, repair technicians, salespersons, community organizations, and schools

Position Activities and Tasks

• Assists in planning and analyzing operations and staffing

• Maintains compliance with productivity and service standards with trained staff
• Manages facility and equipment maintenance, safety, and sanitation
• Maintains inventory levels through proper ordering and usage
• Handles staffing, training, performance reviews, and employee development
• Manages financial data, including payroll, cash handling, food costs, and expenses
