Responsibilities
  1. Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  2. Review applications, conduct interviews, and recommend or make hiring decisions.
  3. Set work schedules and assign tasks for staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
  4. Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  5. Provide and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
  6. Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
  7. Conduct formal Taste & Temps line checks.
  8. Implement security measures to maintain safety for employees and guests.
  9. Manage inventory, including food, supplies, and liquor costs.
  10. Ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
  11. Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
