Overview

At Piada Italian Street Food, we are passionate about food and hospitality. As a leader in the fast casual movement, Piada offers fresh, modern Italian cuisine in a made-to-order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads, and hand-rolled Piadas. We seek highly motivated team members for day, weekend, and evening shifts who are excited to deliver excellent food and outstanding guest experiences.

The Senior Chef position is for those preparing to become future Piada Partners. You will learn overall responsibilities and run the restaurant under guidance. The Sr. Chef is responsible for the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as part of the leadership team
• Manage impact on the restaurant’s margins
• Provide guests with a heartfelt experience by thoughtfully preparing ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance protocols
• Restock and organize stations
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• Interview applicants and identify future talent
• Develop chefs and supervisors into future leaders
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
