Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run shifts, meet company and brand standards, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include solving problems with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and ensure a safe environment for all.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and maintaining the grounds.
