Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run shifts, meet company and brand standards, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for most of the shift.
