Your Tasks

• Uphold superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Use critical thinking in unforeseen circumstances
• Assist with hiring, training, and employee development
• Oversee employee scheduling to maintain coverage and minimize costs
• Be knowledgeable in all departments and assist as needed
• Support the Store Manager in budgeting, sales, and quality goals

Requirements

• Experience as a Department Lead at Bento Kitchen + Sushi or 2+ years management in the food and beverage industry
• Cross-training in all departments
• Computer proficiency, including email, text, and data input
• Experience with Google Suite preferred
• Commitment to continuous learning and growth
• Ability to remain calm and communicate effectively under stress
• Good hearing, sight, and speech
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work 12+ hours and lift at least 50 lbs
