Hooters Management Corporation owns and operates 22 Hooters restaurants in the Chicago and Tampa Bay area and 3 hoots locations. We have more planned in the coming years, including expansion to Las Vegas in 2023.

The first Hooters restaurant opened in 1983 in Clearwater, Florida. Hooters is known for its brand of great food and fun and not taking ourselves too seriously. Our casual beach-themed restaurant serves up a menu that features seafood, sandwiches, salads, and of course our world famous chicken wings.

Our mission is to provide a carefree dining experience in a casual, yet high energy atmosphere with signature menu items served by friendly Hooters Girls.

Requirements

Assistant Manager position to the Original Hooters Group in the Chicagoland area! Position requires a minimum of 3 years casual dining management experience. Must have working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, training, and all other aspects of restaurant management. Great benefits and competitive compensation along with work/life balance.
