SSP America is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager at JFK Airport Terminal 4 to lead a high-volume restaurant and bar operation, ensuring top service and food safety.

You will manage front-of-house and kitchen activities, cost control, team development, merchandising, and payroll tasks, with a competitive $65,000 salary and quarterly/annual bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Minimum 1 year Full-Service dining with bar management experience required.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems.
• Ability to prioritize daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks across levels.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.

- Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.

- High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
