Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of solving problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe environment for employees and guests.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry trash, and manage grounds and parking lot cleanliness
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of shift
