Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will help run great shifts, meet company and brand standards, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role involves solving problems with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. You'll also ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner and maintain a safe environment for all.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Availability for a 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Strong business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
