Job summary

Captain D’s in Goose Creek, SC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and train team members. You will manage staffing, costs, standards, and performance, while developing future leaders and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

As a Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation and training. You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.
