You will help run efficient shifts, uphold Charter Foods and brand standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include problem-solving with a positive attitude, guiding team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and maintain a safe environment for all.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and analytical skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning outdoor areas.
