Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
