CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., franchisee for Perkins Restaurant, is hiring a Front-of-the-House Assistant Manager for our Altoona location. Weekends are required, with a typical 50-hour workweek. The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, plus bonus. Benefits include 2 weeks of vacation, health, dental, life/disability insurance, and more. We are closed on Christmas Day. CyHawk has been growing since opening our first Perkins in 2007 and now owns 21 restaurants.

Summary of Position

The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in restaurant operations, aiming to achieve sales and profit goals through the implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and standards. They provide direction to staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.

Reporting Relationships

• Reports directly to the General Manager
• Has extensive contact with all levels of store personnel and home office departments
• External contacts include guests, distributors, repair technicians, salespersons, community organizations, and schools

• Ensures accurate financial documentation and communication regarding system issues
• Trains and develops non-exempt personnel
