Job summary

Teton Village, Wyoming (Mountain Resort) seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations in a high-volume, guest-focused environment. This role offers a base salary of $67,225, relocation support, housing assistance, and a full benefits package.

The successful candidate will lead front-of-house teams, optimize scheduling, ensure health, safety, and brand standards, and manage budgeting, vendor relationships, and seasonal peak operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience and 3+ years hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced or resort environments preferred.
• Knowledge of POS and inventory systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• TIPS certification preferred.
