Job summary

Justice Resource Institute Inc. is seeking an Assistant Residential Director for the Walden Street School, a residential treatment setting for adolescents.

The role focuses on oversight of residential operations, treatment coordination, and leadership of on-call coverage and shifts to ensure safe, therapeutic care. Qualifications include 21+ years of age, experience in residential/mental health settings, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Experience in a residential or mental health setting is required.
• Experience at the supervisory or management level in residential setting required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of the Residential Department with the Residential Director and provide care and treatment of students.
• Assist in ensuring all Residential systems are followed and completed daily and provide on-call coverage.
• Provide oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are met and disciplinary actions may be taken as needed.
