Qualifications

• Some college coursework in Human Services.
• One year of direct work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, registrations & inspection.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and maintain daily and weekly staff and consumer activity schedules.
• Provide direct instruction to consumers and model teaching/intervention techniques.
• Conduct staff training on Human Rights, Behavior Management, First Aid, Medication Administration, and health topics.
