Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Residence Manager in Hamlin, NY.

This full-time role supports a residential home, supervising staff and ensuring compassionate, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ARM administers medications, coordinates medical appointments, and collaborates with families and clinicians to implement individualized service plans while maintaining OPWDD compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, OR one year of college coursework in human services or a related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification required; SCIP-R Level I required.
• Driving: valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills; familiarity with OPWDD regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations of a residential home, ensuring compassionate, person-centered services.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills, communication, recreation, and community inclusion.
• Administer and monitor medications; coordinate and track medical appointments.
• Supervise and support staff schedules, training, and responsibilities; act as shift leader in Residence Manager’s absence.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service plans and behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with OPWDD and agency requirements.
• Respond to behavioral or medical emergencies, implementing SCIP-R and crisis response strategies.
• Collaborate with families, advocates, clinicians, and staff to ensure holistic, individualized support.
