Lifetime Assistance is hiring an Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) for the LeRoy, NY home. The ARM supports daily operations, assists residents with living skills, and coordinates medication and medical appointments within a residential setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care, supervision of staff, and collaboration with families and clinicians to implement individualized plans. CPR/First Aid and SCIP-R readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are required.
• Experience documenting and coordinating care is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a residential home with person-centered services.
• Assist individuals with daily living, community inclusion, and activities.
• Administer and monitor medications; track medical appointments.
• Supervise staff schedules, training, and shift leadership in the Residence Manager's absence.
• Assist in developing individualized service plans and behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain compliant documentation and respond to emergencies using SCIP-R.
