Lifetime Assistance in Hamlin, NY seeks an Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) to oversee daily operations of a residential home, supervise staff, and ensure person-centered services. This full-time role includes evening and weekend hours, with emphasis on medication administration and medical appointment coordination.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and driving eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, OR one year of college coursework in human services.
• CPR/First Aid certification required; SCIP-R Level I required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving experience per company policy.
• Familiarity with OPWDD regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a residential home with person-centered services.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills, communication, recreation, and community inclusion.
• Administer and monitor medications; coordinate and track medical appointments.
• Supervise staff schedules, training, and responsibilities; lead in Residence Manager’s absence.
• Develop and implement individualized service and nursing plans; behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation per OPWDD and agency requirements.
• Respond to emergencies using SCIP-R and crisis response strategies.
• Collaborate with families, advocates, clinicians, and staff for holistic support.
