Job summary

Lifetime Assistance, Inc. seeks an Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) in LeRoy, NY. This full-time role oversees daily residential operations, supporting individuals with daily living skills and community inclusion while coordinating medical care and staff scheduling.

You will serve as shift leader in the Residence Manager’s absence, helping develop service and nursing plans, and maintaining documentation per OPWDD and agency requirements. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, OR one year of college coursework in human services or a related field.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain); SCIP-R Level I required.
• Driving: Valid driver’s license and 2 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of a residential home with person-centered services.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills, communication, recreation, and community inclusion.
• Administer and monitor medications; coordinate medical appointments.
