The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the residence in accordance to the agency, state and federal regulations. The Assistant Residence Manager is also responsible for the direct supervision of the direct service providers. The Assistant Residence Manager assures that all the individuals receive quality care and required supervision in reference to the residential habilitation and oversight plans in addition to effective implementation of the program plans for all individuals. They will ensure the program is operating with all Acacia Network expectations, including programmatic, billing, financial, facilities, and quality. The Assistant Residence Manager is available on call 24 hours, 7 days a week.
