Broad River Rehab in Mt. Gilead, Ohio seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (OTA or PTA) to lead our skilled nursing therapy team. The role emphasizes management of the rehab department, clinical excellence, and a collaborative, residents-first care approach.

The ideal candidate will hold licensure, an OTA degree, and at least one year of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and EMR knowledge. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (OTA or PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Mt. Gilead, Ohio.

• Full-Time, open to OTA or PTA Candidates!
• Prior Management experience preferred
• Flexible Schedule
