Job summary

Broad River Rehab in San Angelo, TX is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (COTA/PTA) to assist the Director in overseeing therapy services across PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP in a Continuing Care Rehab setting.

You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and help create a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to improve residents’ lives every day.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a (COTA or PTA).
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Long Term Care Management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with co-managing department operations and oversight of therapy services in Continuing Care Rehab setting.
• Support clinical excellence and collaboration among PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP across the rehab program.

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (COTA/PTA) to join our San Angelo, TX Continuing Care Rehab Community.

• Salaried Role - $79,000 - $84,000 - Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week *Offers based on experience and qualifying interview.
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting.
