Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain documentation for student information systems and reporting tools
- Standardize reporting practices to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee system testing, maintenance, and data integrity for multiple platforms
- Support registration processes, including start-of-term and end-of-term activities
- Manage compliance reporting, including bi-weekly enrollment submissions and audit preparations
- Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, records, and system integrations
Credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Student Information Systems or related operational systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with data as it relates to student registration records
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and meet deadlines
Nice-to-have Skills & Experience
- Experience with national reporting, including National Student Clearinghouse
- Familiarity with higher education platforms such as CourseLeaf, 25Live, or Stellic
- Knowledge of student records compliance standards and AACRAO guidelines
