- Graduate of an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
- Able to pass background check and physical.
Responsibilities
- Conduct trial work in Probate, District, and Circuit courts.
- Provide legal advice to law enforcement agencies.
- Prepare search warrants and review warrant requests.
- Draft motions and conduct legal research.
- Write legal memoranda and appellate briefs.
- Perform duties as directed by the Prosecuting Attorney.
