Job summary

Trademark Property Company in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support Market Street – The Woodlands’ day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and security. You will be the primary on-site liaison for the contracted security program and coordinate maintenance, vendor services, and tenant needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive experience in property operations or related field.
• Experience in shopping center or high-traffic property preferred.
• Experience coordinating contracted security and maintenance providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations with daily operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance.
• Inspect common areas, parking, lighting, and other amenities.
• Monitor work orders and coordinate repairs.
• Support security program and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate events, parking, and tenant-related needs.
• Maintain inventories and service records for equipment, keys, and supplies.
