The role requires at least 2 years of property management experience, proficiency with OneSite/RealPage, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• Proficient in OneSite/RealPage.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Able to work occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Collections: Manage rent collection, process payments, deposits, and non-payment notices.
• Monitor invoices and deposits; maintain accurate records.
• Assist with court filings and follow-up for delinquent accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of state debt collection laws.
