Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in North Carolina is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for multi-site operations involving 400+ units. You will assist with move-out notices, lease renewals, resident relations and support marketing efforts to drive occupancy.

The role requires at least 1 year in leasing or property management, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community, including stairs.
• May require a valid driver's license.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Responsible for implementing lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations issues, which includes taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for community policy violations, needed repairs and overall landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
