As the Assistant Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day success of property operations, focusing on inspections, rental program oversight, and invoicing accuracy. Your responsibilities include inspecting residences to ensure quality standards, identifying maintenance needs, managing rental pipelines, supporting revenue goals, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Experience in Property Management or Hospitality operations, strong organizational skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, excellent communication, attention to detail, friendly and professional demeanor. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a valid Driver’s License are required. You will serve as a key contact for owners, guests, and vendors, managing invoicing, rental oversight, and vendor coordination with independence and efficiency.
