A leading company in real estate seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support property operations and tenant relations. The role involves administrative tasks, lease management, and coordination of tenant services. Assistant Property Manager (CRE)
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas defined as a part of the Sr. Assistant Property Manager job description, as well as performing property administrator duties if there is no property administrator on the team. The role requires maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships with tenants and clients.
Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year in real estate property management or related field.
This role operates in a professional office setting, using standard office equipment. Travel between properties in varying weather conditions is required.
The employee may need to stand, walk, ascend stairs, and operate office machinery, with some outdoor travel in weather conditions.
