StoneRiver Property Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Birmingham to support daily operations and financial performance of our property. You will collaborate with the Property Manager on leasing, resident relations, and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include collecting rent and posting in Yardi, assisting with deposits and inspections, marketing the property, and maintaining resident files.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required with 1-3 years in leasing or customer service.
• Valid driver's license and residence within 30 miles of the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leasing, resident retention, and customer service.
• Collect rent and post in Yardi system; prepare deposits as needed.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and handle delinquent notices.
• Support marketing efforts and respond to inquiries; maintain resident files.
• Assist with property operations and address issues of residents and vendors.
